Tamarran is an all-in-one platform for sports academies — handling memberships, billing, scheduling, and coaching across gym types from CrossFit to equestrian. The SEO challenge: the software category is dominated by well-funded Western competitors (Mindbody, Zen Planner, TeamUp) with years of domain authority.
The opportunity was vertical specificity. Generic competitors rank for "gym software" but few optimise deeply for martial arts, football academies, or equestrian management. Tamarran also had an untapped Arabic-speaking market that no competitor was seriously targeting.
