Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development & Market Research Intern to play a strategic role in driving iSpecia’s growth. You will research, analyze, and identify high-potential leads and market opportunities, directly supporting our sales and marketing teams in expanding our client base. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in business development, lead generation, and market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and market opportunities through online research, LinkedIn, industry databases, and other sources.

• Collect and verify accurate information about leads, including contact details, company profile, and decision-makers.

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

• Assist in pre-qualifying leads to ensure they match the target customer profile.

• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Prepare reports and summaries for the sales and marketing teams to guide outreach and strategy.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google, and other online research tools.

• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
